The UGN-DE series nitrogen generator is engineered for food-grade applications that demand stable, high-purity nitrogen supply in a compact and reliable system. Delivering nitrogen purity up to 99.99%, the UGN-DE effectively reduces oxygen exposure during food processing and packaging. This helps slow oxidation, preserve flavor and color, and extend product shelf life in MAP, sealing, and storage applications.
With a controlled nitrogen output range from 3 to 12 Nm³/h (depending on model), the system provides consistent gas flow to match different production scales. The regulated nitrogen pressure ensures smooth integration with food packaging and processing lines.
A pressure dew point of –30°C minimizes moisture in the nitrogen stream, protecting packaging integrity and sensitive equipment. This level of dryness supports hygienic operation and reduces the risk of condensation in food environments.
