Delivering nitrogen purity up to 99.99%, the UGN-DE effectively reduces oxygen exposure during food processing and packaging. This helps slow oxidation, preserve flavor and color, and extend product shelf life in MAP, sealing, and storage applications.
With a controlled nitrogen output range from 3 to 12 Nm³/h (depending on model), the system provides consistent gas flow to match different production scales. The regulated nitrogen pressure ensures smooth integration with food packaging and processing lines.
